Reversible Installation Projects Shortlisted for Industry Awards

The CFJ Awards take place annually, celebrating the very best talent the contract flooring industry has to offer, recognising excellence across installation, projects and sustainability.

Installation award winners are judged by an independent panel of respected industry professionals, across a variety of categories.

With two projects showcasing our products shortlisted for Flooring in Offices – Refurbishment, one for CBS Magnetic Wood Systems and the other for IOBAC MagTabs, it is great to see reversible installation methods and design for disassembly being recognised across the industry.

This project showcases V4Magnetic® from V4 Wood Flooring, which is powered by our patented Magnetic Wood System.

Our proven, open-source technology enables wood manufacturers to add a circular, adhesive-free installation option to their existing engineered wood ranges – keeping access floors protected and accessible and making wood flooring easier to uplift and reuse.

IOBAC MagTabs For Commercial Fit-Out

Also shortlisted in the same category is Project Leapfrog for law firm client Kirkland & Ellis by Loughton Contracts Plc.

The fit-out spanned 35,000m² across one of London’s most recognisable office addresses, 40 Leadenhall Street.

With the client’s sustainability priorities front of mind, IOBAC MagTabs were specified by TP Bennett and Mace to install Ege Carpets and Tarkett onto raised metal access flooring.
