Does adhesive-free flooring stand the test of time?

We revisited some previous projects in London to find out.

Both projects used IOBAC magnetically-receptive resin as a sub-floor, paired with a magnetic Luxury Vinyl Tile – creating a clean, secure and fully reusable system.

The resin quickly cures to form a magnetically-receptive, reusable sub-floor, to which magnetically backed flooring tiles or standard-backed floor coverings can be attached using reversible fixings such as IOBAC MagTabs.

And when the time comes for replacement or repair, it’s a quick and simple process – just lift and replace the floor covering within hours with minimal disruption to store operations.
